The Dealzo online store is operated by IBF FINDER TRADING S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as “Dealzo”, “the Seller” or “we”. These terms apply to accessing the store and orders placed through the site.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read the information about the product, price, payment, delivery, return, and these conditions. No provision limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

• Customer/Buyer: the legal-age individual, legal entity, or other entity placing an order.
• Consumer: the individual acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activity.
• Order: the electronic communication by which the customer requests to purchase the selected products.
• Contract: the distance contract concluded between Dealzo and the customer after the order is accepted.
• Product/Good: any item offered for sale on the site and included in an order.
• Site: the Dealzo online store and its associated pages.

Products and essential information can be consulted without the mandatory creation of an account. If you choose to create an account or place an order, you must provide real, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for the activity performed through your account. You can inform us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit access in case of fraudulent or illegal use, or use that affects the security of the site, in compliance with the law and without affecting orders already accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that names, descriptions, images, features, and product availability are correct and current. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, and the packaging may be updated by the manufacturer without changing the essential features of the product.

The written information and essential characteristics displayed on the product page prevail over purely illustrative elements. A difference that represents a non-conformity shall be resolved according to the legal warranty, without limiting the customer's rights.

Prices are displayed in RON and include taxes applicable according to legislation. Shipping costs and any other applicable costs are displayed separately before submitting the order. We do not add hidden costs after the order confirmation.

Stock and availability may change between visiting the page and processing the order. Promotions are valid during the period and within the stock limits indicated. When required by law, a price reduction will be compared against the legally established reference price.

1. You select the products and verify the quantity, delivery details, and total cost.
2. You submit the order via the button that indicates the payment obligation.
3. You automatically receive confirmation that the request has been recorded.
4. We verify availability and order details, then we confirm acceptance or dispatch.

The automatic registration message confirms receipt of the request, but does not in itself represent firm acceptance of the order. The distance contract is considered concluded when Dealzo confirms acceptance of the order or its dispatch, on a durable medium, such as email.

We may request reasonable information for clarifying the address, preventing fraud, or verifying availability, without requesting passwords or complete card details.

To cancel before dispatch, send us an email as soon as possible at xxx, mentioning the order number. If handover to the courier has not occurred, we will try to stop it without costs.

If dispatch has begun and cannot be stopped, the consumer may use the right of withdrawal and the procedure in the Return and Refund Policy. Unjustified refusal of the package does not automatically replace the withdrawal notification.

Dealzo may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance in situations such as:

• unavailable product or insufficient stock;
• unauthorized payment or payment invalidated by the payment provider;
• incomplete or unverifiable essential details;
• obvious price, description, or configuration error;
• reasonable evidence of fraud or abusive use.

The customer will be informed, and any amount charged for products that will not be delivered will be refunded without unjustified delay.

The methods available for the specific order are displayed at checkout and may include online card payment and/or cash on delivery, only if the respective option is active. Electronic payments are processed by the providers displayed in the secure payment flow.

The invoice is issued based on the data provided during the order and may be sent electronically. The customer must verify the data before finalization and request the correction of any errors as soon as possible, within the limits permitted by tax legislation.

Dealzo delivers within Romania. The standard estimated term is 1–3 business days from order confirmation, if the product page or checkout does not indicate another term. Cost and final estimate are displayed before submitting the order.

If a significant delay occurs or the product can no longer be delivered, we will inform you and propose a new estimate or cancellation with refund of the amounts related to undelivered products. The maximum legal term applies when the parties have not agreed otherwise.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they or a designated person, other than the carrier, enters into physical possession of the product, with legal exceptions.

The consumer has the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, without justifying the decision, with legal exceptions. For more flexibility, Dealzo voluntarily extends the return period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.

The request is sent by email to xxx. A special form is not mandatory. For a voluntary return, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Dealzo bears the necessary costs when the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, wrong, or the return is caused by a Dealzo error.

Refunds are made according to the terms and conditions explained in the dedicated policy. For withdrawal from the entire order, the cost of standard delivery is also refunded, in accordance with the law.

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. For new goods, the seller's legal liability for non-conformity is generally 2 years from delivery, under the conditions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.

If the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number and the observed problem. Photographs or video materials can help us solve the situation faster, but their absence does not cancel legal rights.

Depending on the situation and legal conditions, the consumer may benefit from:

• repair or replacement of the product;
• proportional price reduction;
• termination of the contract and refund of the amount, when legal conditions are met.

The remedy of legally covered non-conformities is free of charge, including regarding necessary transport costs.

We process data necessary for account management, payment processing, delivery, invoicing, support, returns, warranties, security, and compliance with legal obligations. Data may be transmitted to involved providers, such as Shopify, payment processors, couriers, technical and accounting services, and authorities, only under the law.

Marketing communications are sent based on applicable legal grounds and can be stopped at any time via the unsubscribe link or by a request. Messages necessary for order execution are not promotional messages.
